Known for his bizarre turn of phrase, more than any president, we can believe that Trump’s writing would devolve into blathering. Trump’s letter to Pelosi was processed to remove duplicate words—once typed they never appear again. As the text goes on, it gets less cogent, less complete, less able to be understood.
